Clarity

Yesterday, on a whim, we decided to go to the ocean. The sea air is like strong medicine for the soul. And it was just what the doctor ordered.

We talked about what will happen if we pass court tomorrow. We talked about what will happen if we are postponed tomorrow. We talked about our future. We talked about our past. We chose to be hopeful.

While we sleep tonight, a judge on the other side of the world will make a decision about our family. We know that our time of rejoicing is coming, and we are hoping that it arrives tomorrow.
